Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Programme Type, operated by Yousuf Aslam Research Ltd. By using the site or buying anything from us, you agree to them.

The service

Programme Type is a self-understanding tool. You answer questions about your upbringing, and we generate a free reading of the pattern we call your Programme Type. We also offer a paid Deep Map report and a paid membership. Our work is for reflection and personal insight. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical or psychological treatment. Please read our Important note.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over to use Programme Type.

Your details

You agree to give accurate details so we can deliver your results and, where relevant, take payment.

Payments and subscriptions

The reading is free. The Deep Map report is a one-time payment of £29. Membership is £39 for the first month and then £95 per month, at the founding rate, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future payments. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or copy, resell or redistribute our content or framework.

Intellectual property

The Programme Type system, the RESETS method, the content and the software are owned by Yousuf Aslam Research Ltd. Your personal reading and report are provided for your own personal use.

No guarantees

We work hard to make your reading accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee any particular result or outcome. The service is provided "as is".

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
